The Hotel

We are centrally located within a stroll of the heart of the town of San Pedro with easy access to all the restaurants, entertainment and activities, yet out of the hustle and bustle of the town.

SunBreeze Hotel boasts 42 spacious air-conditioned rooms, with partial ocean and tropical garden views. Our rooms are divided into 3 categories: Standard rooms- garden and pool view, Deluxe rooms partial ocean and garden view and Premier rooms with more prominent ocean view. All our rooms are non-smoking and features two double beds, some queen beds are available, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone, cable TV, radio/alarm clocks, private bathroom with hot and cold shower. Our 21 deluxe rooms were recently remodeled creating a different unique style and are equipped with a mini refrigerator. Our 5 premier rooms boast a Jacuzzi bath anda mini refrigerator.

Welcome in each morning with fresh sea breeze and spectacular view from our onsite restaurant, Blue Water Grill, which overlooks the pristine waters of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurant opens daily from 7:00 a.m. until 9:30 p.m., serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Blue Water Grill specializes in Island Cuisine with a Twist featuring menu items including poultry, seafood, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Dinner and group seating reservations is a must.
Sunbreeze Beach Hotel

Adjoining the restaurant is the bar, the perfect gathering and entertainment place for Hotel Guests. The bar opens daily from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. offering a wide variety of tropical and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Relax under the evening moonlight whilst sipping an exotic cocktail or simply enjoy the music.

Rooms: We offer 3 different prices of rooms and the difference is primarily the view.  The standard rooms have a garden only view, the deluxe rooms have a partial seas and garden view and the premier rooms have a full ocean view. Our 42 rooms comprise of 13 Standard, 21 Deluxe and 5 Premier rooms. All rooms are non smoking and are equipped with cable TV, air conditioning, direct dial telephone and ceiling fans. Most rooms have 2 double beds and a few have queen beds. All our Standard and Deluxe rooms feature hot and cold showers whereas our Premier rooms boast a Jacuzzi bath tub and mini refrigerator, unlike the Standard and Deluxe Rooms.

To suit every clients desire, we have a few super large rooms ideal for families as well as a few adjoining rooms with connecting doors for families needing that extra privacy. We also have a couple of rooms which feature limited disability access. This is in addition to the ramps positioned all over our property for wheel chair access. All our rooms offer outdoor seating. Our ground floor rooms boast a semi private seating area created by a wooden divider between each room.
