North Palms

Perfect for your next romantic or family getaway, North Palms at Mexico Rocks is a small private beach house in an ideal location. Situated just in front of Mexico Rocks, an exquisite snorkeling area, and just six miles north of San Pedro, North Palms offers what larger resorts are not able to, privacy and affordability.

A short beachfront walk north takes you to Costa Maya where you can schedule your excursions to Maya ruins and diving trips, while walking south takes you to Portofino where a fantastic dining experience awaits.

North Palms is a cozy one bedroom, one bath beach house with all the comforts and vices that makes you feel right at home. Air conditioning, television, telephone, and VCR are all available in this newly remodeled and fully furnished house. Though quaint, North Palms is able to sleep up to four using the queen sized bed in the bedroom and the queen sized fouton in the living area. Maid service is also included once a week but available more often upon request. Rates also include transportation to and from the San Pedro Airstrip.

Rates:

November 15-April 30
$1200.00 per week (7nights)+ 9% government tax

May 1 to November 14
$1000.00 per week (7nights) + 9% government tax

*Four night minimum stay requirement
