INTERNATIONAL flights to New Zealand are available from a number of major carriers, including United, Air New Zealand, Quantas and more. Although some international flights are available to Christchurch, most arrive and depart through Auckland International Airport. From Auckland, commuter flights to most major centers depart frequently, providing easy access to other parts of the country.

Both International and Domestic flights are best booked through either a travel agent, or directly through the airline. Rangitikei Anglers does not book airline flights, anglers needing this service are best served by an agent conversant with the procedures and schedules, or through Internet ticketing.

The nearest airport is Palmerston North. Numerous commuter flights from Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and all other main centers are available to Palmerston North, making connecting with us by air very easy.

BY ROAD, we are located on New Zealand's Highway 1, which is the main route North and South. We are 2.5 hours North of Wellington, 1 hour North of Palmerston North or Wanganui. From Auckland, we are 6 hours South, and from Taupo 1.5 hours, from Turangi 1 hour. These times are approximate, and vary with conditions.
